middlesbrough college prom fayre

Budding prom kings and queens can get a helping hand planning their big event at a unique event in Middlesbrough.

On Sunday November, 12, between 11am – 2pm, Middlesbrough College will host its first ever Prom Fayre.

Working in partnership with local clothing designers, boutiques and businesses, the event will target school leavers planning for their end of year event.

There will be a wide range of stalls offering inspirations for hair, makeup, clothing, photography and all other things prom related.

Stall holders confirmed so far include Temple Spa, Unique Makeup, Belle Prom Magazine, Snappy Shack Photography, Sweet Addiction, Butterflies Florest, Laura Lou’s Kitchen Bakery and Dollywood Boutique.

Middlesbrough College’s Francesco Hair and Beauty Salons will be open to the public, showcasing a range of demonstrations and exclusive offers with brands including Wella, Dermalogica, ST Tropez, Gellux Nails and GHD.

There will also be a prom catwalk showcasing the latest trends at 12noon and 1pm. Students will be able to see the latest collections from Joi Boutique and local dress designer Kate Fearnley.

The College’s in-house training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie, will also be open to the public, taking bookings for Sunday lunches.

Admission is free to event, and the first one hundred attendees will receive a complimentary goodie bag on arrival.

For further information or to book a stall at the event email Tracey Wright or Bryony Lambert on tr.wright@mbro.ac.uk / bk.lambert@mbro.ac.uk.
